The Facts: According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Moncrief signed a one-year, $9.6 million, fully-guaranteed contract that also contains another $2 million in incentives.
Diehards Line:During Saturday night's FootballDiehards who on SiriusXM Fantasy Sports Radio, co-host Mike Dempsey reported that Moncrief is expected to line up as the starter opposite Marqise Lee with Keelan Cole as the third receiver while Dede Westbrook's role will be limited to working behind them -- at least heading into OTAs. Westbrook likely has a chance to change that, but he's starting out as the No. 4 with Allen Hurns' spot on the roster possibly depending on his willingness to take a pay cut.
