The Facts: The Seahawks are in agreement on a deal with Dickson, a source tells NFL Network's Mike Garafolo.
Diehards Line:
Dickson met with the Seahawks Thursday and the deal was done this morning. Although he might be best suited as a No. 2 tight end, he seems more likely to handle the leading role in Seattle, who let Jimmy Graham move on via free agency (Graham signed with Green Bay). Luke Willson is also making the free-agent rounds. But Dickson was impressive at times with Greg Olsen sidelined by a broken foot last season. So he could step up in Seattle.
