The Facts: The Cardinals have found their quarterback for 2018. Bradford is expected to sign with the Cardinals after the free-agent signing period officially begins on Wednesday.
Diehards Line:
There was word that the Cardinals have interest in Mike Glennon earlier on Tuesday, although, as Profootballtalk.com's Mike Florio suggests, that didn’t seem like a real solution to their need for a starter in 2018. Bradford has more experience in that role and he’s had some success over the years when healthy. But he also has a troublesome knee. He's torn the ACL twice and missed all but two games in Minnesota last year because of further issues with the joint. Still, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Bradford will get $20 million in 2018, including $15M guaranteed, plus a one-year option for another $20 million.
