

The Facts: Running back Matt Forte has announced his retirement after a very good career in the NFL.
Diehards Line:Forte played 10 years in the league, eight with the Bears and two with the Jets. He rushed for 9,796 yards and averaged 4.2 yards per carries throughout his career, as well as caught 554 passes for 4,672 yards, while scoring 75 total touchdowns. He combined for over 1,000 total yards in all but one season during his 10-year tenure in the league. We wish Forte all the best in his future endeavors.
