The Facts: According to News staffer Vic Carucci, Taylor says he wants to remain with the Bills, but won't accept another pay cut to do so.
Diehards Line:
After three years of mediocrity, the Bills are expected to move on from Taylor in the offseason and seek either a rookie, a veteran free agent, or quite likely both. Taylor did an excellent job of protecting the ball and running with it, but he struggles to throw it, and the Bills' passing offense has suffered because of it. Nathaniel Peterman, who performed poorly in the brief playing time he received this season, appears to be nothing more than a career backup, but he will have a spot on the roster in 2018. Whatever the case, it's a situation to watch in coming weeks.
