The Facts: C.J. Beathard exited Sunday's game against the Seahawks with an apparent leg injury.

Diehards Line:Jimmy Garoppolo entered the game for the injured Beathard and completed both of his pass attempted for 18 yards and a touchdown. This could be the start of the Garoppolo era in San Francisco and he now becomes a top priority off of waivers this week. The 49ers face the Texans and Titans in Week 14 and 15, which are two very generous pass defenses.
