The Facts: Dolphins quarterback Jay Cutler remains in the league's concussion protocol.

Diehards Line:Cutler missed the second half of last week's game against the Bucs after sustaining a concussion. The Dolphins head to Foxboro this week to play the Patriots. Cutler would have to be cleared from the concussion protocol in order to be eligible to play. If he cannot give it a go, Matt Moore will draw the start. Whoever is under center on Sunday will have a tough matchup at hand as the Patriots defense has played much better in recent weeks.
