The Facts: Decker will start off in the slot and as a "Z" receiver with veteran Rishard Matthews, HC Mike Mularkey said. "He'll play all over the place," Mularkey said of Decker.

Diehards Line: Matthews will be the starter at the "Z" spot with Decker filling in on occasion. It's believed Corey Davis, the team's first pick overall, will eventually start opposite Matthews, but Davis didn't report to camp with his teammates on Friday because he's yet to sign his rookie contract. Expect Decker to fill that role until Davis is up to speed.
