The Facts: Allen says he is getting close to 100 percent as the Chargers open their offseason program.
Diehards Line:
The wideout added he's probably around 85 percent right now but feels good with rehab process. Allen had established himself as one of the top receivers in the NFL before an ACL injury in Week 1 cost him the entire season. Allen has finished the year on injured reserve the last three seasons and has missed a total of 25 games due to injury since the Chargers selected him in the third round of the 2013 draft. It's safe to assume the team will be cautious with his ongoing rehab and return. We'll be following up as needed.
