The Facts: According to ESPN's Adam Caplan, the Packers and Starks have agreed to terms on a contract.
Diehards Line:
According to Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald, the Dolphins “had multiple conversations in recent days” with Starks’ agent. As Profootballtalk.com notes, whether those conversations were serious, or whether he was just using the Dolphins as leverage the Packers the way Chris Johnson did with Arizona remains to be seen. That said, the 30-year old apparently still has some value for a team that hasn't been enamored with the production and physique of featured back Eddie Lacy.
