The Facts:
The Green Bay Packers had to play most of their season without tight end Quarless. Now they'll be without him for the rest of the season as well. According to Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, the Packers are expected to place Quarless on injured reserve.
Diehards Line:
Per Silverstein, Quarless had issues with his knee flare up after Sunday’s win over the Washington Redskins. He had been limited in practice the last two days in practice for the Packers. Quarless was injured in Week 3 and placed on the injured reserve/designated to return list. He missed three months before returning for the final two regular season games against Arizona and Minnesota. He had just four catches for 31 yards in five regular games this season for Green Bay.
