The Facts: Suisham sustained a potentially serious knee injury trying to help make what appeared to be an unnecessary tackle on the second-half kickoff Sunday in the preseason-opening Hall of Fame Game against the Minnesota Vikings.
Diehards Line:HC Mike Tomlin said Suisham, who had a career-best 132 points in 2014, injured his left knee on the play. Suisham limped to the locker room and did not return after helping to make the tackle on the kickoff. Suisham, a former junior hockey player, does not shy away from contact on kickoffs and prides himself on trying to make tackles. When asked if Suisham needs to back off from being so aggressive, Tomlin said, "I hadn't talked to him, so I'm not going to speculate." Stay tuned.
