The Facts: The Cardinals added a fourth QB to their roster on Tuesday, signing Harnish to a one-year contract.
Diehards Line:Harnish spent most of last season on the Vikings practice squad. He was on the regular roster for one game but did not play. He entered the NFL as a seventh-round pick of the Colts in 2012, when Cardinals coach Bruce Arians was offensive coordinator and interim head coach there. Harnish faces a difficult task in making the Cardinals roster. Carson Palmer and Drew Stanton have firm grasps on the top two spots, and Arians remains high on Logan Thomas, a rookie last season.
