The Facts: The Panthers have retained another one of their free agents, bringing back Dickson, according to Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun.
Diehards Line:
Dickson’s a solid backup behind Greg Olsen, and could contribute more in the passing game in the future. He was said to be of interest to the Browns, but nobody was going to break the bank for him. ... In the meantime, the Panthers have kept Dickson, defensive tackles Dwan Edwards and Colin Cole, quarterback/special teamer Joe Webb, WR Brenton Bersin and extended Olsen’s deals. They also added tackle Michael Oher and return man Ted Ginn. In other words, it's been a busy week for the Panthers -- even before free agency opens.
