According to the Virginia Gazette, Taliaferro was arrested Saturday for breaking a window in a taxi cab.

Diehards Line: According to a report from the Williamsburg Police Department, Taliaferro left the scene, but was located nearby and charged with being drunk in public and destruction of property. Both misdemeanors, and not nearly to the level of the crimes Rice was accused of before he entered a pre-trial diversion program. But it's not good news for a team with more than enough off-field issues at the position.
