Bailey, 25, finished fourth in the NFL this season, making 93.3 percent of his field goals. Pro Football Focus ranked Bailey as the fourth-best kicker in 2013, trailing only Denver’s Matt Prater, New England’s Stephen Gostkowski and Carolina’s Graham Gano. Bailey was scheduled to be a restricted free agent this offseason but is now signed through the 2020 season.
