Yet on Wednesday, he surprised media when he emerged from the locker room with his knee all wrapped up, as well, according to multiple reports.

Diehards Line: Miller was the Seahawks’ third-leading receiver last season with 396 yards and three touchdowns, and was a huge factor as the top receiver in Seattle’s divisional playoff loss to Atlanta in January. By the end of the season, he became one of the favorite targets of quarterback Russell Wilson. The 27-year-old former Pro Bowler is a big piece of the Seahawks’ offense as a receiver and blocker, and is even more important now that wide receiver Percy Harvin will be out for most of the season after hip surgery. Also out is last year’s second-string tight end, Anthony McCoy, whom the Seahawks waived in May after he had surgery on a torn Achilles. The good news? HC Pete Carroll isn't concerned about Miller missing any regular-season games.
