The Facts: All-Pro running back Jamaal Charles is expected to participate in offseason workouts after missing all but the first two weeks of the season with a knee injury. TE Tony Moeaki also will be back after sustaining a similar knee injury during a preseason game.
Diehards Line:Charles suffered his torn ACL and had the subsequent repair early enough to get him back into the mix with ample time for new OC Brian Daboll (and Fantasy owners) to gauge how ready the speedy back will be to contribute coming out of the chute in September. As for Moeaki, he'll be an under-the-radar Fantasy prospect worth watching. Remember, the buzz heading into the 2011 season had the athletic tight end being a major component in the Chiefs' offense -- with SI.com's Peter King comparing his potential to that of the Colts' Dallas Clark. Moeaki still has that potential -- but he must stay healthy.
