The Facts: HC Mike Shanahan announced on Monday that Grossman will start against the Cowboys this week.

Diehards Line:According to Washington Post staffer Jason Reid, by sticking with Grossman as his starter, Shanahan is making it clear he made a big mistake on John Beck. Reid added: "Only bigger mistake would be continuing to try to fit this square peg in (a) round hole. ..." Hard to argue the point. And while it should be noted that Shanahan said he was sticking with Beck as his starter this time last week -- only to change his mind -- those who follow the team closely don't expect a repeat this weekend.
