Diehards Line:Moss, the 5-8, 185-pound receiver was officially waived off the Giants’ injured reserve list today, presumably with an injury settlement. He had been out all year after undergoing surgery for a sports hernia. Now, if he plays again in the NFL, it’ll be someplace else.
