Diehards Line:Jones, 27, signed a five-year, $16.5 million contract with the 49ers in 2009 but never really fit in. He played eight games for the 49ers and caught only one pass for 18 yards. The 49ers released him last week. He spent his first four seasons with the Tennessee Titans and caught 112 passes for 1,380 yards.
