Diehards Line:HC Mike Tomlin declared Willie Parker officially out for a second straight week with a sprained knee and said he hopes he can return for their next game, in Cincinnati Oct. 19, after Jacksonville and after their bye week. Tomlin said the sprained right ankle to running back Carey Davis responded well today but he's not yet ready to decide if Davis can play in Jacksonville.
