The Facts: The Redskins suffered two injuries of note in Sunday's victory over New Orleans, with receivers Malcolm Kelly and James Thrash hobbled by ankle sprains, HC Jim Zorn said.
Diehards Line:Thrash is wearing a boot, and, as a notoriously fast healer, is considered day-to-day. Kelly, a rookie still trying to learn this offense, has been oft-injured since the start of training camp. The Redskins have two receivers on the practice squad who could be activated if need be, and the team could work-out free agents this week should there be concerns about a shortage of wideouts. Rookie Devin Thomas is the only other reserve receiver on the active roster, and he, like Kelly, is not a part of the entire offense to this point.
