The Facts: The Kansas City Chiefs signed Feely to a one-year contract Monday. Feely was released by the Miami Dolphins earlier this month after making 21-of-23 field goals last season.
Diehards Line:The seven-year pro has made over 80 percent of his field goals during his career. Feely played four seasons with the Atlanta Falcons and two seasons with the New York Giants prior to joining the Dolphins. Feely led the league in 2002 when he made 32-of-40 field goals. The Chiefs haven't been especially impressed with Nick Novak and rookie Connor Barth this summer.
