The Facts:
The Dolphins are signing former Broncos TE Saubert to a one-year deal, per source.
Diehards Line:
Saubert, 28, was a fifth-round pick of the Atlanta Falcons in 2017 after a collegiate career at Drake. He also spent time with the Chicago Bears and Jacksonville Jaguars before joining the Denver Broncos for the last two years. Since signing with the Broncos, he’s recorded 23 receptions for 195 yards and two touchdowns. Saubert joins Durham Smythe and Tanner Conner as the tight ends on Miami’s roster after Hunter Long was involved in the Jalen Ramsey trade.
