The Titans and Eagles are said to be pursuing Cooks in trade talks with the Saints and Tennessee is reportedly ready to give up their first-round pick in April's draft. ... "Now that being said, these news items come up and there are a lot of meetings that take place here. I wouldn't say he's on the trade block.
