Koetter has high hopes for that effort and believes Evans will rebound, "if we can call 1,200 yards a bad year."

Diehards Line: Indeed, Evans caught more passes for more yards during his second season with the Buccaneers than he did while catching 68 balls for 1,051 yards as a rookie. But dropped passes were an issue for Evans through his second season, including a six-drop day in a loss to the Giants, and working to cut them out of his game will be part of the team’s plans heading into next season. As PFT suggests, calling it a bad year would be a stretch, but it could have been a better one and the Bucs would like to see what happens if Evans can put it all together.
