Pryor, signed by the Browns in December, received the original low-round tender from the Browns, which is worth $1.671 million. ... Pryor played for Hue Jackson as a quarterback in Oakland and also spent a month with him as a quarterback in Cincinnati last season. Jackson told cleveland.com at the Senior Bowl in January that he believes Pryor can play receiver in the NFL. Pryor (6-4, 223) was claimed off waivers from the Bengals in June after he converted to receiver and spent training camp with the Browns. He originally made the final 53-man roster out of camp, but was waived shortly thereafter. Pryor continued to work out and hone his receiver skills, and the Browns brought him back in December.
