The Facts: Marshall is never wearing another NFL uniform again. At least that's what the newest Jets receiver tweeted on Thursday when asked by a fan on Twitter which uniform he'd wear upon retirement. "If I'm cut tomorrow. I'll retire," Marshall tweeted. "This will be my last team."
Diehards Line:
For the moment, it seems like the stars are aligning for Marshall in New York, though the wide receiver has had his moments in the past. Marshall has the attention and respect of a young quarterback, Geno Smith, who moved his offseason passing camp to Chicago so that Marshall could be close to his newborn children. New HC Todd Bowles has done everything in his power to open the door wide for Marshall in the hopes that he would feel this way and, in turn, produce like he did in 2012 (118 catches, 1,508 yards, 11 touchdowns).
