The Facts: The Texans cut Johnson on Monday, putting him on the open market. And now that Johnson is on the open market, he’s looking at four teams, according to his brother, who has tweeted Andre’s four preferred destinations: The Patriots, Colts, Seahawks, and Packers.
Diehards Line:As Profootballtalk.com's Mike Florio contends, the Colts have plenty of potent weapons in the passing game, although a spot is open given the departure of Reggie Wayne. The Packers have a full house with the return of Randall Cobb, the presence of Jordy Nelson, and the emergence of Davante Adams. The Seahawks don’t really throw it much to outside receivers, but they didn't tender Ricardo Lockett or Bryan Walters. Meanwhile, the Patriots, who have a corps of good but not great receivers, could benefit the most from Johnson. Of course, Johnson would get the shot at post-season play he covets with any of the above.
