The Facts: According to Charlotte Observer staffer Joseph Person, the Panthers have re-signed Bersin to 1-year deal.
Diehards Line:
Bersin was an exclusive rights free agent. Bersin played in 15 games this past season, catching 13 passes for 151 yards and one touchdown. He also returned 14 punts for 86 yards and seven kickoffs for 167 yards. But he'll be replaced in the return game by wide receiver Ted Ginn, who reached an agreement with the Panthers earlier today.
