The Facts: ESPN's Josina Anderson, citing an unnamed source, reports the Bills have interest in Clay.
Diehards Line:
The Dolphins placed their transition tag on Clay, which allows them the right to match offers. Of course, they might have done so because Anderson's report isn't exactly "news." Buffalo News staffer Vic Carlucci reported the same interest last month. Clay had 58 catches for 605 yards in 2014 and was expected to be one of the top tight ends on the open market. He would certainly be an upgrade for the Bills, who want more of play-making impact from a group comprised of Scott Chandler, Chris Gragg, MarQueis Gray, and pending unrestricted free agent Lee Smith.
