The Facts: The Chiefs signed Rogers, according to ESPN.com's Adam Teicher.
Diehards Line:
Rogers has been a free agent since his release from the Colts in September following a DUI arrest. He'll bring size, athleticism and speed to a receiving corps without much in the way of high-end talent. Rogers won't bring much experience, however. he has totaled 14 catches for 192 yards and two touchdowns in five career games -- all with the Colts in 2013.
