The Facts: Johnson, who skipped all of the 2014 offseason workout program due to concerns regarding the direction of the team and his future role in it, tweaked his right hamstring muscle in practice on Monday.
Diehards Line:
After practice, both Johnson and HC Bill O’Brien downplayed the situation. “I just got a little tight, it was just a precaution,” Johnson said. “We’re going to go in and see what’s what. Just from the feeling of it, it’s not anything bad.” O’Brien called the injury “minor. ..." Still, as PFT's Mike Florio suggests, it makes sense to pay attention to Johnson’s health or lack thereof as he tries to make up for lost time. Look for the team to take a more cautious approach going forward. Meanwhile, we’ll follow up as needed.
