Cooper is slated to become a free agent on March 11. McLane also reports the Eagles are expected to sign free agent wide receiver Jeremy Maclin to a new deal, most likely a one-year, "show me" contract (something he seems willing to do) after he tore his anterior cruciate ligament last July.
