Diehards Line:NFL Network insider Jason La Canfora reported Friday that Manning is expected to depart from Denver sometime Saturday. His next destination is unclear, though there has been talk of meetings with the Cardinals and Dolphins. That said, Arizona Republic staffer Kent Somers advised his Twitter followers this morning that nothing was imminent with the Cardinals -- at least for Saturday. ... Meanwhile, the Denver Post reported that following the official meeting, Manning went out to dinner with Elway and HC John Fox, and a team source told the newspaper that Friday's visit went well.
