This pick makes perfect sense. Denver had the worst defense in the league last season -- and ranked last in sacks. According to his NFL.com scouting report, Miller was the Butkus Award winner as the nation's top linebacker and it seems like his game will translate very well to the next level. He is a great athlete that has prototypical size and very good instincts for the linebacker position.
