Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
There's no doubt QB was the Titans' No. 1 area of need with Vince Young moving on. Not everybody expected, Locker to go this early, however. According to his NFL.com scouting report, Locker is an extremely gifted athlete, but his production hasn't matched his talent. He possesses a cannon for an arm, but he is not an efficient passer. At this point, his greatest asset is his athleticism and attitude. One other concern: Locker has a history of injuries due to his aggressive style of play.
