While not necessarily a need, the Rams land one of the premier pass rushers of the draft. According to his NFL.com scouting report, Quinn did not play a down in 2010, but he has an excellent first step and the burst to consistently get around the edge. He is a relentless pass rusher that will only improve once he develops an array of counter moves. Despite the lack of recent action, he has the rare skill set to be a double-digit sack artist in the NFL.
