The Falcons gave up their first, second and fourth round picks this year -- and their first and fourth next year -- to get this pick from Cleveland. Jones joins All-Pro Roddy White and TE Tony Gonzalez in what suddenly becomes a much more potent receiving corps. Good news for Matt Ryan and the offense in general. According to his
NFL.com scouting report, Jones has the prototypical build to become a No. 1 receiver. He's vertical threat due to his height, strength, leaping ability, and speed. He generates big plays after the catch on screens and crossing patterns because of his physicality as a runner. Jones struggles with bouts of drops and is coming off recent foot surgery. Still, his presence will be felt in Atlanta.
