Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that Moss has hired Joel Segal, whose other clients include Mike Vick, Reggie Bush, Chris Johnson and Percy Harvin, as his agent.

Moss parted ways with long-time agent Tim DiPiero in May. As PFT's Mike Florio reminded readers, DiPiero issued a statement at the time of their split explaining that Moss had planned to finish his career without an agent. Moss then declared that, contrary to DiPiero's statement, he's searching for a new agent. ... Now he has one. Moss is signed through 2010, and he has said that he doesn't believe that the Patriots will sign him to a new contract. We suspect this will be an ongoing story next offseason -- labor situation permitting.
