The Facts:
Johnson is staying away from the offseason program as he attempts to convince the team to give him a hefty new contract. And although Johnson will show up eventually and be the Titans' starting running back, HC Jeff Fisher doesn't want to count on Johnson to keep playing every year like he did in 2009. "We just have to be prepared to adjust," Fisher said. "It's a little unrealistic to think [Johnson] is going to handle that kind of workload year after year after year."

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
Fantasy owners would be wise to pay attention to Fisher. Johnson had 358 carries for 2,006 yards and another 50 catches for 503 yards in 2009. As PFT's Michael David Smith logically suggests, it's not realistic to think anyone is going to have 400-plus touches and 2,500-plus yards from scrimmage year after year after year. ... If that's the case, somebody -- Javon Ringer -- or something -- the passing attack -- is going to have to pick up the slack.
