Attorney: Plaxico Burress Has Rejected No Plea Deals
(6/16 7:47 PT)

The Facts:
Ross Tucker of SI.com and Sirius NFL Radio interviewed attorney Benjamin Brafman tonight. And Tucker has tweeted that Brafman claims that Burress, contrary to multiple media reports has not rejected any potential plea deals. Reported by Profootballtalk.com

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
That would be interesting indeed given the number of reports claiming otherwise. Indeed, PFT's Mike Florio reported in April that Burress had rejected as many as three offers from prosecutors. Each one would have involved jail time -- with Burress released by the start of training camp. This, perhaps, explains why Brafman would rather not admit his client elected not to have the whole mess behind him at this point.
