The Facts:
The Bills signed fourth-round draft choice Fine, the team announced today. Fine was the team's second of two fourth round selections, and was taken 132nd overall. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Fine was a three-year starter at Kansas and set the school record for his position with 98 catches for 1,009 yards and 10 touchdowns. The Bills felt he was the most complete of the players at the position that were available in April. They view him as a pass-catching tight end with very good run after the catch skills.
