The Facts:
Following up on a previous item. ... The Denver Post is reporting that the Broncos' receiver was arrested in March after an alleged domestic dispute. It was Marshall's third arrest in less than 12 months. The first arrest, also a domestic charge, was dismissed. According to ESPN.com's Bill Williamson, Marshall will be suspended for at least a game or two if he is convicted of his drunken driving trial -- set for September -- or for this latest arrest.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
We're still in the speculation phase on this one but as Williamson suggests, the Broncos are counting on Marshall. Along with Jay Cutler, he is the team's ticket to success in the next several years. But his most recent arrest is another sign counting on Marshall may lead to disappointment. That disappointment would obviously extend to Fantasy owners. Stay tuned. We'll continue to watch for more on Marshall and pass along that which appears to be pertinent.
