Holt this morning said he re-signed as an exclusive rights free agent with the Bengals. Then he went right to work on the first day of the team's off-season strength and conditioning program.

On Feb. 28, the Bengals tendered an offer for a one-year contract to Holt, an exclusive rights free agent. The tenders was for the one-year minimum of $445,000 for players with two credited seasons. ... With Chad Johnson and T.J. Houshmandzadeh both skipping the off-season program, Holt will have ample opportunity to hone his skills in coming weeks.
