RB is still a question mark for the Saints even though they re-signed Pierre Thomas. Reggie Bush could bolt if they ask him to take a hefty pay cut and the only other backs are Chris Ivory and Lynell Hamilton, who have combined for just 172 NFL carries and are coming off injuries. Ingram certainly brings something to the table. According to his NFL.com scouting report, Ingram is one of the most polished RB prospects in recent memory. Great short area speed and burst to hit the hole, make defenders miss, and get to the perimeter. He's also a dangerous receiver in the screen game and as a check down. Sean Payton will absolutely know how to get the most out of him -- even using him in an RBBC.
