this morning's Fantasy Notebook. ... Mason could miss training camp this season but remains optimistic that he'll be ready for the start of the regular season. "I guarantee I'll be ready by the first game, that's all I can say," Mason said Sunday, the final day of the team's mini-camp. "Everything else, we'll play it by ear."

Mason, who has led the Ravens in catches for three of his four seasons here, had surgery to repair his scapula and the labrum in his left shoulder in February. He didn't practice during this weekend's mandatory mini-camp with the team characterizing his lack of activity as a precautionary measure. ... Worth noting: The Ravens' top three receivers -- Mason, Mark Clayton (undisclosed) and Demetrius Williams (ankle) -- were all limited throughout mini-camp.
