I hope to work together with the Cardinals to resolve this situation by then." Of course, this has no basis in fact other than Rosenhaus' hopes and dreams.

As AZCardinals.com staffer Darren Urban explained, no trade is in the pipeline right now. Rosenhaus has to believe Boldin will be traded, because otherwise, he hasn't done much to advance his client's interests. Urban also points to another interesting aspect: The fact that Rosenhaus brings up a trade and not a new contract. Perhaps the agent understands the a new contract likely won't happen before camp.
