The Facts:
Russell's sprained right ankle remains in a protective cast but HC Tom Cable expects Russell to practice Wednesday and doesn't think he'll miss a start. Russell re-injured a previously sprained ankle just before halftime of Thursday's game.

Fantasy Football Diehards Line:
X-rays were negative and an MRI exam revealed "just a lot of bruising," Russell said. Cable doesn't think the injury will get in the way of Russell finishing the season well. Really? Russell's passing numbers are among the worst among full-time NFL quarterbacks, from his 51.4 percent completion rate to his seven touchdown passes, 1,797 passing yards and 70.1 passer's rating. At this point, finishing the season would be a major accomplishment. Finishing well would be a miracle.
